Sorry. Must have missed it. My setup is the same except that my Dom0 is
64 bit. I can't think that that would make any difference though.

Right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'. Go to the
'Advanced' Tab and click the 'Settings' button inside the 'Startup and
Recovery' box. In 'Write Debugging Information', your options are 'Small
memory dump (64 KB)', 'Kernel Memory Dump', and 'Complete Memory Dump'.
You might be able to get away with 'Kernel Memory Dump', but I always
choose 'Complete Memory Dump'.
