There's dead code in the tools which was originally used for setting up the
USB paravirt drivers. Since these are long gone, this patch removes those
references. This shouldn't affect the operations qemu USB passthrough, which
follows different paths, although I haven't tried it myself.

Should be safe for 3.2 but I can resubmit after if preferred.

Cheers,
Mark

Dave: Just a question. What use is a unicyle with no seat? And no pedals!
Mark: To answer a question with a question: What use is a skateboard?
Dave: Skateboards have wheels.
Mark: My wheel has a wheel!
