Hi!

Sorry for submitting a patch off-list, but my original post with attached
patch has been rejected for some reason, maybe it's too large (477k).

The patch contains a patch for the ref-linux-2.6.18 tree to add support for
areca raid controllers (ARCMSR). The arcmsr code has been taken unaltered from
www.areca.com.tw (arcmsr.1.20.0x.14).
Additionally the buildconfigs has been changed:
- xen0_x86_32 and xen0_x86_64 are changed to build arcmsr into the kernels
- xen_x86_32 and xen_x86_64 are changed to build arcmsr as a module

I don't know if this really belongs to xen, but it saves us a lot of time
since we're using nearly every host with areca controllers and found it
convenient
to have needed drivers in place.
