Thread-topic: Sound in guest through qemu

Qemu currently supports only SB16 (ISA) and ES1370 (PCI) sound cards. I am running vista as guest, which does not have drivers for these sound cards. I could not find them anywhere on net either. Is there a patch available for these emulated sound cards to work? How can I have vista use these?

Thanks

Jayant
