Attached are two 2.6.18 linux patches needed to run vt-d.

Config.patch:
    - include pciback in the kernel for "hiding" pci devices. 
    - include generic ide in the kernel for booting on new hardwares.

Ich9.patch:
    - ich9 patch to enabled enhanced mode SATA support
