[Xen-devel] usage of irqbalance

Hi developers,

if i run a xen host with 8 cores and 3 domU's, eached pinned to three or two 
cores,
does it make sense to use irqbalanced in dom0 and or domU's?
Maybe dynamic-irq are not affected by this?
