If you're lucky Partition Magic can be used to "shrink" the Linux filesystem -
but only if it supports the filesystem you're using under Linux.

Otherwise you might have to delete the Linux partition, create a smaller one
(or just use LVM for the Linux install - but don't use all the LVM space for
your Linux root filesystem!) and reinstall Linux onto that.
