RE: [Xen-users] Xen in a 32 way system
What kind of 32-way system is this? I have
been able to run Xen 3.0.2 on a 64-way Unisys ES7000 without any issues. I am
cross-posting on the xen-devel list in case it is an IBM machine. Could you
please send more serial console output?

skew in all the processors.

It looks like there's something wrong with processor #31...
Try removing it and see what happens.
