Xen3 supports only 3 virtual nics per domU.

It is supposed to support 8 physical nics in dom0. (I say "supposed"
just because I don't know anyone that really tested it)

You can even increase the number of physical nics by increasing the
"nloopbacks" in "drivers/xen/netback/loopback.c".
