Applied, thank you.

By the way, it makes my life a little bit easier if you attach your patches as
a separate file, as then I don't have to cut-and-paste them from my mailer.
Even better -- if you are using a local hg repository -- is to use the hg
export command, as this means I can import your changelog and patch and commit
it all in one go.
