Let's see... I have it happening on the first DomU startups after one
boot... and don't see it anywhere else in my logs, particularly
including my more recent test boots.
On the occasion when it *did* happen (that's still covered in the

Are you using NFS anywhere, say as your dom 0 root fs?
No NFS. My root is LVM over local drives only (and likewise, my DomUs'
block devices all are phy: pointing at logical volumes).
