Signed-off-by: Xin Li <xin.b.li@xxxxxxxxx> Applied, but I want you guys to know that the vmx mmio decoder is ultimately going to be replaced by x86_emulate.c (a copy of which will be compiled into both Xen and into qemu-dm).
