Thread-topic: x86_64 nmi_callback functions
I see that in the x86_64 Dom0 kernel, set_nmi_callback() and
unset_nmi_callback() are not being exported. But they are being exported
for the i386 Dom0 kernel. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks,
Aravindh
