pdb is still in xen 3.0. look in tools/debugger/pdb.
however, i haven't tested it on x86_64, and when i
re-wrote it about a year ago the ability to debug xen
itself was removed (you can still debug domains and
processes).
you should also look at kip's gdbserver in
tools/debugger/gdb.

Hi Folks,
I was just getting to know pdb better - as I would love online
debugging. However
my situation is really bad:
1. I have a x86_64 machine, so I can't use xen stable (can't even
make it compile here).
2. Xen unstable doesn't have pdb anymore (just crashdb support).
My question is why the pdb support was dropped from Xen 3.0.
Thanks,
Himanshu
