Attached is the patch that provides tpm front- and backend implementation 
for Linux on  XEN using grant tables. We also include a forward-ported TPM 
driver with the latest patches applied as well as a TPM driver without PCI 
(structure) dependency which we need for user domains. They are there 
temporarily until the  changes appear in newer Linux kernel releases.
