Here is a summary of changes to command-line parsing in Xen:

 1. The 'ignorebiostables' and 'noacpi' are gone. Instead use the
    options described below.

 2. New options 'acpi=xxx', 'acpi_skip_timer_override' and 'noapic'.
These options have the same syntax and semantics as the Linux
equivalent parameters. These options are propagated automatically
to the domain0 command line (since dom0 shares responsibility for
    platform initialisation).

 3. New option 'mem=xxx'. Same syntax and semantics as the Linux
    equivalent parameter.
