Make sure /etc/fstab on the xenU partition has /dev/sda1 (or whatever your xen config file has set as root device). Let me know if this works.

I'm unable to start Linux Fedora Core 2 in a user domain, with the
vmlinuz-2.6.9-xenU kernel image delivered with xen-2.0.1-install.tgz.

The boot aborts with the following message:

/sbin/init: error while loading shared libraries: libselinux.so.1:
    cannot dynamically load executable
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init !

I dont understand because the libselinux.so.1 is present on the
Fedora Core 2 system. The problem isn't in relation with the presence
of this library.
