[Xen-devel] Netback driver fixed -- upgrade tools

I fixed the problem with proxy arp observed by Adam Heath. The fix is
in the 2.0-testing and unstable trees. As a side effect, the backend
'vifs' are no longer automatically opened when they are created. I've
modified the relevant xend script to 'ifconfig up/down' the interface
at the appropriate times. If you don't install the modified script and
try to use latest trees, you will find that no traffic can be
transferred to/from your unprivileged guests.

If you have your own network bring-up scripts, you'll need to add an
ifconfig line yourself.
