[Xen-devel] Re: where is Xen's name from?

hello,
I wonder where the Xen's name came from? I looked at the Xen FAQ, and
there is no information. That should be there, right ;-)

Xenos means a stranger/foreigner in Greek, and so we have English words
like xenophobic (fear of foreigners) and scary-sounding scientific words
starting with xen- or xeno- implying something foreign. The evil alien
tentacle planet in Half-Life (video game) was also called Xen, but this
Xen is far more likely to take over the world <g>
