I've never used PPPoE, but I can't think why it wouldn't just work. In domain 1, what happens if you do 'tcpdump -i eth0'. Do you see the packets? I presume you don't see them if you do 'tcpdump -i vif1.1' in domain 0. Do you see any drops or errors in the ifconfig stats in either domain?
