What you mean by "native drivers"? Xen itself (at least in 1.2 and 
default configuration in 1.3) has some "real" device drivers which 
talk to the hardware. XenoLinux has only "virtual" device drivers 
which talk to Xen. 

It is possible to configure the latest versions of Xen to allow
drivers to run in XenoLinux; these then may directly access the
hardware in a safe fashion. 

Not sure if this answers your question: if not, please repost 
with some more detail about what it is you wish to know.
