Not only megaraid, with builtin aic7880 enabled the same behaviour.

More testresults with XenDemoCD 1.0:

All "pass"
- CPU o.k. (dom0=CPU0, dom1=CPU1, dom2=CPU2)
- networking o.k. (scp from dom2 to dom0 /dev/sdb1)
- megaraid drive access o.k.
