Jim -

Here is the patch with a fuller set of extrinsic tests.  I did not update the README because I am not sure how this patch (or anything else for that matter) will be used given where we are today.

As I mentioned to you before, I could only run the extrinsic tests in xen-testing 3.1.0 - I fail the sanity test otherwise.
