Currently the issue is getting user credentials from the cimom - across
all cimoms.  Providers must have access to credentials in order to login
to the host via Xen API.  I'm pushing this for OpenWBEM but will need to
be done for OpenPegasus and sfcb as well.

Until this issue is resolved, the providers are limited to running in
dom0 on the host.  For now, the providers access Xen API using UDS (e.g.
/var/run/xend/xen-api.sock).  This socket is limited to root access only
so the providers must be running in a privileged cimom.
