Bug detailed description:

For the xen-unstable(cs22812). We create a guest and run vcpu-pin to bind the
vcpu to the pcpu. However, it does not response we do "xl vcpu-list" after run
vcpu-pin. Under normal circumstances,it should return the guest vcpu list.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.Create a guest
2.Run "xl vcpu-pin guestid vcpus cpus".
for example, bind all dom0 cpu to pcpu 5:
xl vcpu-pin 0 all 5

3.We see "xl vcpu-list" does not response 

Current result:
----------------
"xl vcpu-list" does not response after run vcpu-pin.

Expected result:
----------------
It should return the guest vcpu list after run vcpu-pin.
