http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1716
------- Comment #1 from shaohui.zheng@xxxxxxxxx 2011-01-21 02:45 -------
For the latest xen-unstable(c/s22653) test, we updated "xm" to "xl".We done
save/restore when xsave enabled in sandy bridge:
guest boot save/restore
rhel6 Successful Fail
We used the command "xm" and "xl",the error information as following:
# xl save 4 rhel6
Saving to rhel6 new xl format (info 0x0/0x0/14803)
libxl: error: libxl_dom.c:396:libxl__domain_suspend_common_callback guest
didn't suspend in time
xc: error: Domain not in suspended state: Internal error
xc: error: Domain appears not to have suspended: Internal error
libxl: error: libxl_dom.c:444:libxl__domain_suspend_common saving domain:
Success
xl: fatal error: xl_cmdimpl.c:2721: Unknown error 18446744073709551614:
libxl_domain_suspend(&ctx, NULL, domid, fd)
# xm save 3 rhel6
Error: Timeout waiting for domain 3 to suspend
Usage: xm save [-c] <Domain> <CheckpointFile>
Save a domain state to restore later.
-c, --checkpoint Leave domain running after creating
                                 snapshot
