Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On our nightly machine(stoakley),We found Dom0 can not resume from standby mode
at times. You can reproduce this issue by doing following operations several
times.

1) echo 0 > /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm
2) echo +30 > /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm
3) echo mem > /sys/power/state

If the Dom0 can't resume, an input to xen console can trigger schedule and
recover.
