DOM 0 works fine: 
OS: OpenSuse 11.2
Kernel: xen 2.6.31.12-0.1.1
HDD: SSD Kingston SSDNow V Series 128GB SSD

Problem is, that DOMU fails to boot with updated kernel. 
With kernel 2.6.31.5 it works, but when I update DOMU kernel to version
2.6.31.12 it fails.
