Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
With latest xen, assign device to guest will cause Xen or Dom0 hang on
Gulftown-HEDT. There is no serial port on the machine so I can not get any
linux or xen log. The issue exists with PCI and PCIe NIC on Gulftown-HEDT. And
there is no such issue with c/s 20761.

There is no such issue on Stoakley.
