Summary: Intel HD driver conflicts with "Xen backend network
                    device"
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux-2.6
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Guest-OS
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: iwantplay@xxxxxxxxx

Dear all:

I download the latest Linux kernel from
git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git
linux-2.6-xen

And my sound card is intel HD audio.
Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio
Controller (rev 01)

When I select the "Xen backend network device" as follow in menuconfig, the HD
driver will be broken and generate noise.
[*] Device Driver
 [*] Backend driver support
      < > Block-device backend driver
      <*> Xen backend network device

However, if I remove this config "Xen backend network device", the sound seems
fine, but the network will be broken. How do I solve this problem ?

Best Regards
