DomU configuration:
SO : Gentoo linux
Kernel : 2.6.30-gentoo-r8
Ram: 128 M

Problem:
When I launch any programm for update or install package (emerge or eix) the
domU crash and freeze.

Emerge is a tool python-based. I can't understand how this could compromize the
guest's kernel since everything else I tried is running smooth (ie. creating
file, ls, running an interative python console).

Furthermore I tried for domU kernel:
kernel-vanilla-2.6.30.9 taken from kernel.org
kernel-vanilla-2.6.30.9 taken from vanilla-sources on gentoo repository
kernel-2.6.30-gentoo-r8 taken from gentoo sources
kernel-2.6.30-xen-r1/kernel-2.6.31-xen-r1 taken from
http://code.google.com/p/gentoo-xen-kernel/downloads/detail?name=xen-sources-2.6.30-r1.ebuild&can=2&q=

all xen-patch for ebuild kernel taken from
http://code.google.com/p/gentoo-xen-kernel/downloads/

This is error I see in dom0 console:
