Summary: If VT-d is enabled, x86_64 dom0 panics at booting.
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P1
         Component: Hypervisor
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: haicheng.li@xxxxxxxxx

1. With Xen3.4-rc1 (c/s 19534), the issue happens on multiple platforms with
different panic logs.
2. If VT-d is disabled, x86_64 dom0 can boot up successfully.
3. PAE xen/dom0 has no such issue.
4. But c/s 19433 can work fine.
