Bug detailed description:

On c/s 19027, Dom0 S3 works well with 64-bit Dom0 on 64-bit Xen or 32-bit Dom0
on 32-bit Xen. But when we tried 32/64 combination, system will reboot when S3
resuming. 
There is no error message on serial console when system rebooting.
