I got this while doing a "cp -pa a_dir a_dir.bak" on a domU, the nfs server was
on dom0. I copied some files but it stopped copying during the process.
The network connection was still working (I was logged with ssh on both dom0
and domU).
The hardware is a supermicro superserver 6015T-T/INF
