Bug detailed description:

guest with qcow image finds filesystem errors after save/restore or
live/migration.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) install xen Cset#18261
2) create guest OS with qcow image
3) save/restore or live/migration

Current result:
----------------
guest prints lots of error messages.
