Reproduce steps:
1.  Install Fedora 7 v64
2.  Install and configure xen
3.  Boot into vt-d xen
4.  Create Fed7v32 iso and img files
7.  Start xend
8.  Start Fed7v32 guest OS install

Current result:
After selecting 'Install or upgrade an existing system,' install hangs.

Expected result:
Install completes successfully
