Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
when we close a qemu window, the qemu still exists; "xm list" still can see
this guest domain, and use "ps -ef", qemu becomes defunct.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare a image(any, linux and Windows)
2) create HVM domain
3) close the qemu window
4) use "xm list", still can see this domain
