Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
SMP 32PAE Windows(including winxp, win2000, win2003, vista) guest can not boot
on 32pae and 32e host.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare a Windows image
2) create HVM domain with "vcpu>=2"
3) guest will stop at "Boot From Hard Disk"
