Sorry to post this on a closed bug. This resolution is not doing the trick for
me, I am still seeing negative latency times on windows 2k3 server with
vcpus>1. I won't reopen the bug unless someone gives a go ahead. Are there any
other considerations I should make with configuration of this hvm? I will
attach the config. Thank you!
