On PAE host, we create a HVM, and destory it; and then create a XenU
guest, this XenU guest will hang on booting.

This issue is found only on PAE host so far, and we met it on 5300 series. 

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare one VMX image and one XenU image
2) create VMX guest
3) destory the VMX guest(shut down or xm destory) 
4) create XenU guest, XenU guest will hang
