Some internal engineer's analysis information copied here:
When cpu0 donâ??t run for a long time, and when it get a chance to run, it
received KiClockKeepAliveCycle * 3 timer interrupts, it will check the time
slot of cpu1 for two times. In the meantime, VCPU1 donâ??t get a chance to run
or donâ??t get a timer interrupt when it get to run. In this condition, the
BSOD will occur. This means an expected clock interrupt was not received on a
secondary processor in an MP system within the allocated interval. This
allocated interval equal 0x61*3=291 timer interrupts.
