Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On xen unstable 14887 hvm guest cannot detect memory > 4GB.
If specified +4GB memory, HVM guest can only detect 4GB mem.
This issue exists on both IA32pae/IA32e linux and Windows HVM guests. 


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.prepare a guest images
2.enable pae in guest.
3.assign more than 4G memory to guest
if you are testing a Window guest, you shold add "/PAE" in your boot.ini
4.boot guest and check memory size in guest OS
