xen 3.0.4 binary release dom0 crashes on starting second domU on Debian Etch

Reproduce:

1. Debian Etch installed on Dell PowerEdge
2. Download and install Xen 3.0.4 binary release
3. create and start first domU
4. create and start second domU

The machine immediatly reboots after some seconds of step 4. without any
further log entries or on screen messages.

There is a similar crash report on Ubuntu launchpad - maybe it's connected to
some Debian specific libraries:
