Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
saving the HVM with vcpus=8 will fail. The qemu windows is in blank and "xm
list" shows the domain 
is in "s" state.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
(1)configure vcpus=16
(2)start a SMP windows XP HVM
(3)run "xm save"
