The issue was, that I assigned to few memory to Dom-0

Therefore the OOM Killer started killing qemu processes, leading to freeing
ttys, but not cleaning up the xenstore.

Therefore it seemed that the DomU was running and it's tty beeing overwritten
by some other DomU, but in reality it was just an inconsitency between the
running DomU's and the DomU's registered in the store.

The only thing really nice would be that xen would notice that the qemu died
and therefore act accordingly...
