I'm getting the same problem. I'm using SLES 10 on a Pentium D dual core
(x86_64) with full virtualization enabled for a SLES 9 guest OS (32 bit).
Here's a snapshot of my dmesg output:

I was originally able to install 2 xen vms and run them ok so I don't know why
the crash on startup everytime now. I did notice that one of the vms seems to
crash everytime it is starting up postgresql. Additionally, if I change from
vnc to sdl for the local viewer I will somtimes lose the whole system, not
tjust the vm (a power cycle is needed). Any workaround or update would be
greatly appreciated.
