Yes, I can see the installed handlers when hitting ctrl-A 3 times then 'h'.And 
also can reboot the machine by hitting 'R'.

Just tried twice again.At the first time, it hung. At the second time, it 
didn't hang but report an error as blow:

Starting irqbalance: *** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 
0x00002b8b*
[FAILED]
