The bogomips from /proc/cpuinfo has a lot of differences with Native Linux. I 
found this issue in recent Xen (I checked 8845 and 8809). But it is correct at 
3.0.1 and before 3.0.1.

The difference is great. E.g.
My native Linux bogomips is 5980.16
Xen0 bogomips is 7504.82

My testing system is IA32 RHEL4u2 and RHEL4u1 (Xen0).
I have checked this issue on 2 different platforms, who are all correct before.
