Incresing severity. Problem is pervasive, affecting all guest domains in all
platforms. Last tested with:

The services are up. I tried to telnet into the guest domain, and the following
message displays:

[root@thinkcentre-dom0 xen-unstable.hg]# telnet 9.53.41.223

telnetd: All network ports in use.
