If CONFIG_XEN_PRIVILEGED_GUEST is not set (so CONFIG_XEN_UNPRIVILEGED_GUEST is)
compilation breaks with

  CC      arch/x86_64/kernel/pci-nommu-xen.o
  LD      arch/x86_64/kernel/pci-dma.o
